Posted on: January 31, 2022 by Ruth Redmond-Cooper
The slightly delayed December 2021 issue of Art Antiquity and Law has now gone to press and hard copies will be sent out to subscribers early next week. It contains articles on the far-reaching implications of Brexit for the cultural sector (Valentine Granet and Dr Sophie Vigneron); an examination of the changing nature of the art market and the relationship between artists and those who sell their work (Amanda Gray, Simon Chadwick and Daniel Foley); the extensive reform of Italy’s criminal legislation relating to art and antiquities (Arianna Visconti); and a case note on Marano v. Metropolitan Museum of Art and fair use in US copyright law. You can subscribe to the quarterly journal, which comes out in April, July, October and December HERE. The hardcopy cost is £200.00 per year, plus shipping (digital subscription is availble through Hein).
We also have back copies available from across the previous 25 years of the journal’s publication history.
