Upcoming IAL Study Forum in London on 20 October

The next IAL study forum is less than a month away. This exciting opportunity to discuss some of the newest trends in art law will take place at Notre Dame University in central London, just steps away from Trafalgar Square, on 20 October. Those who have been to IAL study forums in the past will know they provide an excellent forum for investigating and sharing ideas on a variety of topical issues.
The event will consist of a variety of talks from a number of different speakers, each covering a specific area related to art and cultural heritage law, including:
- Street art and copyright law (Dr Enrico Bonadio, City University)
- Art litigation (Amanda Gray, Mishcon de Reya LLP)
- Museum de-accessioning (Emily Gould, IAL)
- Art crime (Dr John Kerr, Roehampton University)
- Immunity from seizure for cultural objects on loan (Holly Woodhouse, IAL)
- Defining art in law (myself)
