Update: Dispute over Stiftung Kunst, Kultur und Geschichte

The dispute over the Swiss charitable foundation for art, culture and history (Stiftung für Kunst, Kultur und Geschichte, ‘SKKG’) has taken a new turn. Bettina Stefanini, daughter of SKKG founder Bruno Stefanini has filed a criminal complaint with the public prosecutor against the Chairman and three other members of the board of trustees, but excluding her father. In her complaint, Bettina Stefanini accuses the board of trustees of committing the following criminal offences: criminal damage (art. 144 Swiss Criminal Code), misappropriation (art. 138 Swiss Criminal Code), criminal mismanagement (art. 158 Swiss Criminal Code), and false certification (art. 251 section 1 para. 2 Swiss Criminal Code).
