The next intake for the Diploma in Art Profession Law and Ethics (DipAPLE) Course will be in September 2014. The course will consist of seven day-long seminars running on Saturdays from 6th September 2014 to 7th March 2015.

The DipAPLE Course is designed as an introduction to the specific legal risks and safeguards that underpin all art transactions. It covers buying and selling, lending and borrowing, donating and accepting, disposing and giving away. It teaches how to avoid legal trouble and how to get the legal advantage.

The seminars will be held in central London at Notre Dame University, 1 Suffolk Street, SW1Y 4HG. It will be open to both art professionals and lawyers. The cost of the course is £1,680 (including VAT), with discounts available for IAL and UKRG members, as well as for those signing up before 31st July 2014.
