Legal Issues with International Art Exhibitions – New York seminar

The IAL is proud to team up with the the Art Law Committee of the New York City Bar for an evening seminar in New York on 27 February 2020 called ‘Legal issues with international art exhibitions’. The seminar will combine expertise from both sides of the Atlantic to address the major issues that arise regarding art loans and exhibition agreements, commercial and government indemnity insurance, import, export, temporary admission and VAT considerations, and governing law and forum selection clauses.
