Well done to all the students on our Diploma in Law and Collections Management course (DipLCM) that finished last week in Sydney. We were happy to see that participants hailed from a variety of institutions throughout both Australia and New Zealand. A very good dynamic within the group; and we probably learned as much from the class discussions as the students learned from the lectures! Thank you to all the guest lecturers: Duncan Chappell (Sydney University), Charlotte Davy (Te Papa), Ian McDonald (Simpsons), Tony Baumgartner (Clydes), Julie Banks (MAAS), Elizabeth Pearson (Baker Mackenzie), Ian Upjohn, Sheelagh McCracken (Sydney University) and Katrina Hogan (MAAS). And thank you most of all to the Australasian Registrars Committee for partnering once again with us for the course and to the team at the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences (MAAS) in Sydney for being such great hosts.

The next DipLCM course will take place in London on 16 to 20 October 2017. Please email us if you would like to show an expression of interest.
